This doesnt look bad

In order to fix the crappy sound in flash

Go to File- Publish Settings-
Select Flash tab
Near the bottom it says Audio stream and Audio event
Click the Set buttons
Under Sound settings set the bitrate to as high as it will go
Set Quality to best

Do this for Audio stream and audio event and then your sound will be fixed
