The heads are frame by frame for the most part. Occasional motion tweening but very rarely

Nice job- rotoscoping takes ALOT of time and I like the way you used it and added in your own animation interpretations

I think this could be even better if you rotoscope key frames and then do the inbetweens- it'll look more animated and less rotoscoped

Just what I was thinking on my next larger project. Made a few test cards to see the motion difference and it looks actually pretty good so far.
