Don't take this as a slight or anything. I think you put a lot of work into it. I just have a tendency to tell that the animation has many elements that were traced, or at the very least referenced from various animes. I know its hard to draw and I can tell you have talent, I'd just like to see something born out of your own talents than traced for some semblence of it.
that was the premise of the show- to basically mix a bunch of stuff from different animes and have it yet be an anime
basically stating that all anime is basically the same thing =D
I actually went back and watched some of your other stuff and I gotta say. Your early work really reminded me of...well me xD.
May I suggest though to try not to trace as much. Its okay if you're parodying things (like the panty and stockings thing). But you'll never improve by simply tracing other peoples work or 3D models. It may be tough to animate from your own but the more you practice the more you'll improve. That and you'll learn some tricks that'll make animating easier for you.
Your style (mixing 3D/photos as backgrounds and characters as 2D) is the same style I use and have been using for 6 years now.

the backgrounds aren't 3d- those are drawn and shaded in flash
though my old stuff was with the 3d backgrounds but i'm not gonna do those from now on
